FAD got a new owner

METALAC a.d. from Gornji Milanovac is the new owner of FAD company.
Purchase Agreement was signed on 31 August 2015, when FAD officially got a new owner and became a part of Metalac Group i.e. the 14th in the row subsidiary company of Metalac ad. The new company now operates under the new name - Metalac FAD Ltd. The Brand of FAD has been maintained for the entire product portfolio, and activity remains the same - production of parts for control and suspension of motor vehicles.
